You feel like you “should” be able to deal with life the way everyone else does.

So why do you feel so stuck and overwhelmed?

You’ve been able to achieve a lot in your life and career, but lately you’re starting to feel burnt out. Outside of the defined role you have as a student or employee, you’ve always felt a little out of place in society—maybe because of your gender identity, sexuality, non-traditional relationship structure or perspective on spirituality—and feeling misunderstood regularly contributes to those feelings of overwhelm.

You know you have trauma that needs to be addressed, but you don’t want to go through sharing about your life and past to someone who might judge you or write your struggles off as a byproduct of your lifestyle.

maybe you…

  • You’ve spent so much energy trying to fit into spaces that weren’t built with you in mind—masking, adapting, pushing through. Maybe you’re just now realizing why things have felt harder for you, or you’re trying to unlearn the idea that you’re the problem. It’s exhausting to navigate a world that doesn’t always make room for you, and you shouldn’t have to do it alone.

Therapy with me isn’t about forcing you into a mold—it’s about understanding your brain, finding what actually works for you, and creating a space where you can just be yourself.

  • You’ve spent your whole life feeling like too much—or not enough. Maybe you grew up in a home where your feelings weren’t safe to share, or you keep ending up in relationships that leave you feeling small and ashamed of who you are. You’re exhausted from constantly trying to prove your worth and maintain one-sided relationships. You might even be dealing with chronic illness or physical pain as a result of the prolonged stress.

Together, we can work through the weight you’ve been carrying—in both your memory and physical body—and find ways you can build a life that feels peaceful and more your own.

  • You’ve done the work—you know why you feel the way you do, you’ve talked about it, processed it, maybe even found ways to cope. But somehow, you still feel stuck. The memories, the emotions, the way your body reacts to certain things—it hasn’t changed the way you hoped it would.

If you’re ready for something deeper, something that doesn’t just help you understand your trauma but actually helps you feel different, EMDR or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) might be what you’re looking for. These approaches go beyond talk therapy, working with your brain and body to help shift the way trauma lives inside you, so you can finally find relief.

Hi, I’m randi.

Therapy with me doesn’t just help you cope — it helps you actually feel better.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain the basics—about your identity, your relationship structure, or how your brain works. As someone who has lived experience with neurodivergence and nonmonogamy myself, I get how exhausting it can be to wonder how a therapist will respond or if they’ll really get it.

You deserve a place where you can be fully yourself without apology, and that’s the kind of space I want to offer you: warm, judgment-free, and built around your needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Want to turn your camera off? Need to stim or move around during session? I encourage whatever will make you most comfortable.

When we work together, we’re not just talking through what’s hard—we’re getting curious about what your body has held onto and finding ways to help it finally let go. I use therapies that go beyond talking to help your mind and body work together, because healing isn’t about logic—it’s about shifting how things actually feel. Whether you’ve been on this healing journey for a long time or are just starting to explore what’s behind these patterns you’re stuck in, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.

Adjunct trauma therapy—treatment in addition to weekly therapy with your existing therapist—can give you the extra support you need to break through feelings of being stuck, work through something specific, or clear space for whatever’s coming next in your life. It’s not a replacement for ongoing therapy with the provider you’ve already done great work with, but a way to go deeper and help you finally find relief.

Get In Touch

Reach out for a free consultation by clicking here. On this brief call, we’ll discuss your needs and you can ask any questions you may have. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session. I offer convenient online therapy throughout Vermont, Maryland, & New York.

2

Get to The Root

I believe context is everything—if we can uncover the root cause of your struggles, they’ll start to make more sense. Together, we’ll go deep and untangle the origins of what you’re facing now at a pace that feels right for you. Then, we’ll work to heal what’s holding you back.

3

Get Better

Healing is a mental and physical process—meaning your body holds onto just as much (if not more) information as your brain. When we work together, we won’t just talk—we’ll bridge the mind-body connection with evidence-based methods so you can actually feel better in your daily life.

I’m here for you.

You deserve more than just surviving — you deserve to thrive.
